Refund policy

At MUSCULOALPHA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet the applicable return conditions below, we are happy to assist you with a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unworn and unwashed.

  • The product is returned with its original tags, packaging and accessories intact.

  • The product is in its original condition and has not been damaged by the customer.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is eligible for return under the conditions mentioned on its product page.

For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened, worn or used.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn, washed or used.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear.

  • Products that have been altered, customised or modified.

  • Any product specifically marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable on its product page.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs/videos of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, MUSCULOALPHA may provide a replacement, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged or defective product, MUSCULOALPHA will arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping, subject to verification.

For returns due to size, fit or change of mind, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Any applicable return-shipping charges will be communicated before the return is processed.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective/damaged.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • The product being unused, unworn and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging being intact

  • The product meeting our return conditions

If the requested size/product is unavailable, you may be offered another available option or a refund, as applicable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

MUSCULOALPHA will not impose a cancellation charge where such a charge is not permitted under applicable law.

9. Return Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection.

If a returned product does not meet our return conditions, we may be unable to approve the return, exchange or refund.

The product may be returned to the customer in such circumstances.

10. Refunds for Unavailable Replacement Products

If a replacement or exchange is approved but the requested product or size is unavailable, MUSCULOALPHA may provide a refund or another suitable resolution.
